US Immigration: Testimonial Blog *
US Immigration Success - If you ever wondered what makes us so excited about what we do then you need to see what our clients have to say about us. As often as I can I’m going to try and start post client testimonials as they come in. These will be unedited and as they come. Be inspired.
Client Testimonials: US Immigration is a tough business, you take on a new client who has put their trust in you to get them their us visa and now you’re tasked to get their US Immigration visa approved.
During the course of the case you work with the client making sure that everything is prepared to the highest standards. You submit the case to USCIS then wait. Finally, you get the good news that your visa has been approved. Wow! Another life is about to be completely changed. We share the news with our client and everyone breaks out in cheers and celebration. Opening the mail can be quite an event sometimes.
It’s always rewarding get your client’s sincere appreciation in the form of a testimonial. Testimonials inspire us to do an even better job next time around and reminds my team and I how it felt when we finally got our immigration papers. I’ve decided share some of these testimonials with you our visitors so that you can be also inspired also.
The only edits I’ll make will be to keep confidential our client’s information. My challenge will be for me to remember to keep posting new testimonials as they come. If I’m able to add the client’s picture to their testimonial I will. Anyway, let’s see how this goes.

EB1 Green Card. Paul Butler is a national and internationally renowned key note speaker. Co-founder of New Leaf Training and Development Paul travels the country working in the Corporate and Educational sectors.
We first moved to the US in late 2001 as I used to work for Hilton Hotels. They asked me to come over after 9-11 and lead a big project for two years at what used to be the Worldwide HQ in Beverly Hills, CA. Hilton handled a H1-B visa for us (for Oct 2001-June 2003). While we were in the US that first time we got to know Chris and his family through some mutual friends (as he also lived in Valencia, CA). He and his family are wonderful people and he is a man of great character and integrity. We returned to the UK after the US secondment with Hilton ended.
When we decided (in 2005) that we wanted to move back to the USA, we immediately thought of Chris for our E-2 Entrepreneurs Visa. He communicated exceptionally well throughout the whole (quite daunting) process and we especially liked the way we could monitor our case progress on his website online (to avoid expensive phone calls – both at an attorney rate and international dialing etc).
Our E-2 went through with no hiccups at all and we moved back to the USA in Feb 2006. He handled our E-2 renewal (2 year) in Feb 2008 and then he saw an opportunity (based onextraordinary ability which was rather humbling to say the least) to apply for our Green Card (EB-1 status). There was an initial push back from the INS but he responded expertly; we provided additional information and we got them as a family! J We got our Green Cards in late 2009 as I recall.
Our goal is to be US Citizens (and give up (gladly) any allegiance to the British Crown
within 3 years or so!
We would highly recommend Chris – an expert in his chosen field as this is his only area of law. He really genuinely caresabout each of his clients and communicates clearly and concisely. We also liked the fact that he has gone through (and is still going through the same journey as us towards Citizenship so he has personal experience of how to navigate the waters). Above all, Chris is what I hope to be as a good Christian man and father when I’m older!

It’s really wonderful when clients take the time to send us such a lovely testimonial with a picture. The H-1B visa is a fantastic visa to get if you have a BA degree or 12 years experience in a professional field. I got my start on a H-1B visa which lead ultimately to me getting my green card.

“My name is Christina Antonio, and I am the CEO and Managing Officer of Bespoke Leather Works. I am a British citizen, and studied Fashion Design in London, receiving a BA honors.
I first began my career as a fashion designer, specializing in leather outerwear and apparel as well leather fashion accessories. Since 2001, I have been living and working in the US with an O1 visa. My career path has been quite varied and colorful. I have worked on many exciting projects, including the HBO series Sex In The City. I have also designed costumes for high profile A-list celebrity events. Now at present, my career path has now evolved towards the high-end furniture and home accessories market.
In 2008, I began researching the EB1 green card application criteria. It was something I had been discussing with my previous lawyer at the time, and decided to consider other immigration attorneys. I was finding the O1 visa application process every three years quite cumbersome and wanted to make my status more permanent. It was at this time I came across The Law Offices Of Chris Ingram. I found the website very informative, and decided to take advantage of the free phone consultation they were offering.
Christina Antonio - During my initial consultation, Chris made me feel at ease and confident that we had a strong case. This was such a contrast from my previous attorney who told me that green card applications can take years. I was also happy to discover that he is a fellow 'Brit' and fully understood the process and how stressful it can be.
During my initial consultation, Chris made me feel at ease and confident that we had a strong case. This was such a contrast from my previous attorney who told me that EB1 green card applications can take years. I was also happy to discover that he is a fellow ‘Brit’ and fully understood the process and how stressful it can be. He evaluated my achievements and immediately began crafting my case. Working with Chris’s team was fantastic. We were working to a very tight deadline; we had three weeks to pull all of the information and paperwork together. Together, we set deadlines, and the team guided me through the process with expertise and patience. Chris and his team run a tight ship.
The office is extremely organized and efficient, which is imperative when handling this much information. All correspondence was via email, which was so convenient for me. They cross referenced every single referral letter and piece of press. When it seemed that my case needed more information, Chris helped me dig deeper, to fill in any gaps. You will be surprised how much you can forget you’ve done over 10 years! Chris is a true professional as well a people person. I cannot stress enough how much you will appreciate that when you work with him.
The application was sent out on February 10th 2010; we received the approval from USCIS on March 15th 2010! (and this was without premium processing). I was completely shocked and beyond thrilled! I now have in my hand an official EB1 US Green Card and am truly enjoying the benefits and freedom of it.
I would highly recommend The Offices of Chris Ingram to anyone looking for an immigration attorney!”

Thanks for all your hard work over the past few months and for presenting such a comprehensive application, all we need to do now is to sort out Chris’ student visa and we are away.
