F1 Visas for Academic Students and M1 Visa for Vocational Student Visas
Welcome to our video presentation on Student Visas. We’re delighted that you found us so let’s get started. F1 and M1 student visas are fantastic because from the student visa an alien can follow a path all the way to US citizenship. For example, regardless of age as long as you have some drive and a long-term vision to make the US your home, starting out as a student is certainly the very best way forward. To become a student all you need is the mind to study hard, and the funds to cover the cost of the course. As soon as you have completed your first year of college you may be eligible for a work permit to help you fund the second year.
At any time whilst working as a student you may find an employer willing to sponsor you for a longer-term visa. Because you're local to the area you can make a far better impression here than from your home country. Talking to a would-be employer in person, having traveled from a local address is far better than sending in your information online where the employer is probably shifting through hundreds of applications.
Having found suitable employment on a temporary visa, your employer may be willing to sponsor you for your green card after you've proved yourself. From your green card you can then apply for US citizenship. The journey from a student visa to US citizenship maybe a long one, but what an adventure that would be! I've created a series of videos for your perusal so you can explore the various options that may be available to you. Enjoy!
