L1 Visa – The Ross Christieson Interview *

Ross Christieson came to us a few years ago with the goal to expand his company Orrani Consulting  into the US. After speaking with Ross and getting to know his business we decided that the best US Immigration option would be the L1 Visa.  Although the L1 visa is traditionally used for middle to large size companies transferring executives, managers and specialists to join a US branch, the L1 visa has been successfully used to help small companies too. Ross had two partners and no employees, nevertheless we knew that if we packaged his case just right we could  meet all the requirements for a successful application.
