In order to Fast Track the processing of many EB1 Visa immigration applications US Immigration (USCIS) has Premium Processing (PP).  Paying for PP means that your case will be decided within 14 days. A decision means “Yes” or “More Info Required” and it’s extremely rare for USCIS to say “No” at the first filing. If we get a “More Info Required” (formal term is Request for Further Evidence -- RFE) notice, once that additional information or evidence is received the clock starts again and a further decision is made within 14 calendar days. For those clients eager to get a quick result this can be a great option.
