To determine whether a client has the makings of a great EB1 visa ‘direct to green card’ case we have to look at the EB1 checklist . The EB1 visa checklist has ten areas of excellence to choose from and if the client can identify at least three of those areas as being satisfied in their own careers then we may have the beginnings of a good case.  Sometimes when looking at this list it may not be immediately obvious to the reader as to how they may satisfy each area, again one has to put all modesty aside and consult with us so we can review your career together.
