You Get What You Pay For
Many people today have no idea how complicated the US Immigration process is. Every few months US Immigration introduces some new measure or change in policy that alters how immigration cases should be prepared. So to even consider undertaking an immigration case by yourself, to put it mildly, is reckless.
In these challenging economic times it’s easy to be tempted to start shopping around for the cheapest immigration law firm to represent you; this approach is also reckless. Hiring the right or the wrong attorney can make all the difference. From personal experience when I first started my relocation process, hiring the wrong attorney nearly got me deported due to their incompetence. I thought I was getting a good deal, but that “good deal” was really a very cheap service in which they did not do a very good job and frankly they could not care any less than they did. “You get what you pay for”.
Attorney’s charge for their time, so if they charge a little, they can only afford to spend a small amount of time on your case and stay profitable. The less time an attorney can devote to your case, the more likely it will fail. You need to pay the attorney a sufficient fee to enable them to be extremely thorough with your case, going back and forth until only the very best possible case is submitted to US immigration for consideration.
Our fees will never be the cheapest and as such we can devote as much time as needed to ensure our cases are the very best. Last year our success rate was about 97% but we were not satisfied. Why? Because this meant that a very small percentage of our cases did not make it, which meant that a few families had to face harsh disappointment. When this happens it doesn’t mean we have been beaten! Even if a case is denied we will often work with our clients to either re-file a new case (adopting an alternative strategy) or appeal the original decision (if possible). We do not like to let even one client down. With us you get what you pay for - commitment, a mission for excellence and an earnest desire to work tirelessly to make sure every family that puts their trust in us realizes their American Dream. It’s just that personal to us.
Just this week we were successful in winning a case for one of our clients. I remember how many times we went back and forth with the client, tweaking every aspect of their case. Our client no doubt thought we were nitpicking them to death, but we would not let anything slide as the case had to be just right. We filed the case and within 15 days it was approved without a hitch. It was a time to celebrate. For our office we celebrate every case, but I’m sure for every client it’s probably their first and biggest achievement towards their American Dream. We’re delighted for them and we’ve done it again. Our reward is to change a family’s life for the better; the satisfaction cannot quite be put into words.
So don’t be seduced by so called “cheap attorney fees”. If your American Dream is worth anything to you at all, give yourself the very best possible chance by hiring the very best lawyers who will commit to your dreams. We hope you’ll think that we fit the bill.
