 The Green Card interview is something that all clients worry about as they simply do not know what to expect and feel like they’ll say something wrong.  There have been movies such as “Green Card” where the couple are separated and interviewed and their answers compared. In reality, whilst this is an accurate depiction, it only happens when US Immigration suspects fraud in the motives for the application.  According to US Immigration, fifty percent of all green card by marriage applications are in fact fake, so there is a lot of suspicion surrounding any case.

It’s our job to prepare our client’s cases so comprehensively that there can be no suspicion whatsoever. This takes a lot of work between the client and the firm making sure that the case is well documented. Some people think that US immigration is just about completing forms correctly. US Immigration officers take the view that every entry on any form is an absolute lie unless there is a document to corroborate the information.
