Introduction: US Immigration has created a number of visa and green card options from skilled workers and graduate professional.  The higher your qualifications are the faster and greater your chances will be of reaching your immigration goal. For many people, applying for a green card, the permanent residency visa, will often be as a result of  them already having entered the US on a non-immigrant visa, such as a Student F1 visa or H-1B graduate visa. The reason for this is because green cards often take a very long time to process, sometimes several years. Obviously, a US employer is not going to want to wait years for you to start unless you are already working for them on a non-immigrant visa. So think of US visas as a series of stepping stones that will ultimately result in you getting your green card. Take it from me, it’s a great feeling when you get there.

I’ve created a series of links for your kind perusal so you can explore the H-1B Visa, H-2B Visa, O1 Visas, EB1, EB2 and EB3 Green Cards options that may be available to you. Enjoy.
