Derek’s case is a true example of triumph over adversity as he came to us quite a few years ago to get the ball rolling. If US Immigration had a bunch of banana skins to throw us off track they certainly used everyone, but we never gave up. Just in the last couple of days we we made it and we got his O1 visa approved. I just off the phone with Derek last Thursday and it’s going to take him a while for the news to really sink in.

Over the next few weeks we’ll be walking Derek through the Embassy process so he can get his O1 visa stamped into his passport along with his family. We’ll also be working up his full story with pictures because it’s quite a remarkable one.

Derek has been in the music business for over 30 years and has many hit records and over recent years his songs have been used in various Hollywood films.

EB1 Congrats to Anthony

O1 and EB1 Success For Anthony

We are delighted to congratulate Anthony on his EB1 green card success. We’ll be posting the full details with pictures as soon as possible, this news has come come in.

Anthony first came to us last October year after being offered a job as an Art Director for a magazine on the island of St Johns, a US territory. Anthony had won national awards for his work on magazines during his career therefore the O1 visa seemed like the obvious choice. We got his O1 approved and Anthony was able to ‘come on down’ and start his job.

As soon as Anthony was settled we began working on his EB1 green card so that his wife Polly could work also. So having made the EB1 application we were delighted when just a couple of days ago we got the fantastic news that he had been approved.

I’ll be doing a a detailed write up as soon as possible, but we’ve got so much to do right now getting Anthony and Polly squared away. We just wanted to share this news with our readership to once again inspire you to give us the opportunity to help you realize your American Dream.
