US Immigration for Family Members: If you have immediate family members who are US citizens they may be able to sponsor you to relocate to the US, this called a Petition for Alien Relative. You would be able to arrive with your green card enabling you to work for just about anyone at any time. Coming to America this way is definitely the dream ticket or like winning the lottery.  We work with a lot of families by relocating them through family-based US Immigration sponsorship. For parents and children under 21 the process can take just a matter of months. However, for siblings and grown married children, the process of being sponsored by a US citizen can take a lot longer simply because US Immigration do not see them as such as high priority. For those family members, we develop interim strategies to get them in now, while their longer term green card solution is being processed.
