F1 Student Visa Success Story: My name is Paul and I am from a little town in England called Stafford. I worked in Sainsburys Supermarket on a management program and decided it was not what I wanted to do with the rest of my life. I came to Denver Colorado on vacation to visit my uncle and from that moment on i knew i wanted to live there.

When I came back I looked into the different ways I could get into America and I contacted Law Offices of Chris M.Ingram. Everyone I spoke to on the team was very helpful in guiding me in the right direction towards coming to America.

.
I chose to come over on a F1 student visa and study which is proving to be very good. I am just about to start college within the next few days and it is the best thing i have ever done with my life.

I had been to America since I was very little on Vacation visiting family and I have always loved the lifestyle and the way the country works. There are incredible opportunities to progress in my life and moving here allows me to stand on my own two feet away from my parents and mature.

I found the law firm browsing google on the internet with my parents. I saw that Chris was originally from England and it gave me confidence in the firm. I called and spoke to a lady called Celeste, who was brilliant and was able to answer all of my questions.

F1 Visa Challenges at the Embassy: I applied for the F1 student visa because it was the most cost effective way for me to come to America and it is also going to be very beneficial for me to get a degree. It allows me to experience college in a different country and learn different ways of life. I decided moving to America was what I wanted to do in August and I was able to come here just before Christmas. To get everything in place and all the paperwork done it roughly took around three months. I had to apply twice, first in London and then successfully in Belfast, to get my F1 visa because in my first interview I was not given a chance to explain myself properly but the second time proved better because I was granted my visa. It was one of the best feeling I’ve have ever had, being able to go outside and tell my parents that I had been accepted and I was able to now progress in chasing my dreams in life.

Uploading Your F1 Student Visa Documents: I liked the fact that everything was done on the law office’s website. I was able to  log in, upload my documents and reply to emails, all on their website. Once uploaded the law office would confirm that the documents were checked and approved so I could see what documents were still outstanding and I’d then work on those until everything was uploaded, checked and completed.

The main things I miss from home are my family and friends but apart from that there is not much I miss. the people in America are friendly where ever you go and they are all very welcoming.

I would definitely recommend relocating to America because it is an amazing place to live. The lifestyle is completely different to England but that makes it challenging and a very good learning curve. It has helped me incredibly to stand on my own two feet and not rely on my parents.

My main point of advice to anyone moving to America from England is persevere because everything will not fall into place straight away. Studying on an F1 visa does not allow you to have a social security number in your first year so you cannot obtain employment so some  are just another hurdle that you have to jump over.

I’d be happy to recommend the Law Offices of  Chris M. Ingram and would certainly use him again when I need my next visa.
