O1 Visa – Jeff Prewett Interview Part 3 of 5 *

Having put the work in to get all the evidence required for his O1 visa Jeff talks about how long it took for the case to be finalized, submitted to US Immigration and decided. Having gotten his O1 visa approved Jeff talks about how that feels and the emotional  roller coaster ride he went through.

Applying for and getting any visa should never be taken for granted no matter how accomplished a person might be. At the end of the day evidence needs to be gathered and arguments need to be made. As a Chelsea soccer team supporter I love to watch my team each week go out and win as many games as possible, remembering that no team, no matter how low down in the division should be taken for granted. In US Immigration you have to make sure each case is presented with finesse and skill. All the required criteria must be clearly presented as having been met. Then when the success comes the sense of elation and satisfaction is felt all the more.
