One of the keys to success in relocation is not just location, location, location, but it’s also planning, planning, planning! We like to work with our clients as early as possible, between 6-8 months before they actually move.  We like to get the opportunity of having our clients look for potential businesses and then forward the details  to us for review so that we can ensure that the business under consideration meets the E2 visa requirements.  As you can imagine, there is nothing worse than getting all excited about a potential business only to later discover that the business would not pass E2 Embassy or USCIS scrutiny for one reason or another.  So having us review each potential business can save a lot of time, and money for that matter.

One of the things Joe talks about in this second part of  his video interview is our Immigration Processing Center (IPC). Basically, the IPC is just like online banking, in that you can log onto your online case file and see everything that is going on with your case; when case reviews have been scheduled, which documents we need or are outstanding and so on. In this way clients can monitor their cases 24/7.  The IPC was created by us from scratch, just to help our clients maintain their peace of mind as to their case, and to also make us transparent to our clients.  We love the IPC because it keeps our clients and us very much connected.
