I came from India when I was 17 years of age and after a couple of years doing various jobs I decided to go into business as a shop keeper. I enjoyed owning and running my store. 6 years down the line I acquired another liquor store and ran both for 6 years. 25 years to date I still enjoy running my store. It gives my satisfaction when I see happy customers!
My wife and I always dreamed of living in America. After visiting the US for several holidays and family weddings we thought to ourselves wouldn’t it be nice if we could stay here and do business! legally’ so I asked my friends and family who were delighted and all showed willingness to help me should I make the move. So finally we made our move and applied for E2 visas!

After a brief phone conversation I was satisfied and I took the plunge! and I am happy I did as this was my second attempt after filing a case through a different lawyer in Houston which was not successful. I was under a lot of pressure as I had wasted 1 year trying to make my move.I ended up applying for an E2 visa as this required me to invest, own and run my own business which I would have liked to do anyway if I came to US. The fact the embassy takes only 3 months to process the case made it appealing.
Unfortunately, the process took almost a year to complete. There is quite a lot of paper work involved and documents to be supplied. After Chris and his team prepared the whole case the US Immigration was a walk in the park! The best thing about this firm is they have friendly and helpful paralegals. The whole set up where clients can upload and review documents plus check the ongoing status 24/7 is most helpful.
We had just attend the E2 visa interview with my family and were told by the immigration officer that your visas have been approved! We all felt happy but more relieved that finally I am able to make my move the US
