US Immigration Relocation Checklist
The US Immigration Relocation Checklist is a quick and easy way to find out if you have the makings of a good relocation case for US Immigration. Of course if it was down to me I'd love to be able to help everyone. In truth, US Immigration want you to fulfill certain criteria or fit a profile. This simple Relocation Checklist is not definitive and it may be possible to help you even if you cannot satisfy any of the requirements outlined below. This having been said we do want you to be realistic about your immigration potential so that if you don't qualify now at least you know what you need to be going for.
US Immigration Relocation Checklist
Do you have an American parent, sibling or child willing to sponsor you? Yes / No
Do you have an American girlfriend or boyfriend leading towards becoming a fiance(e)? Yes / No
[Possible K1 Visa Options]

Do you have 12 years or more experience in any skilled profession that has led to a management role and do you have a US job offer requiring those skills? Yes/ No
[Possible H-1B Visa Green Card Visa and EB3 Visa Green Card Options]
Are you interested in becoming a student in the US either to build your education skills or to buy yourself time in the US so you can find that perfect, skilled or graduate job? Yes/ No
[Possible F1 Student Visa Options]
Are you thinking about opening a US branch of your successful foreign company? Yes/ No

Do you have savings in excess of $20,000? Yes/No

If you can answer yes to any of the above then great! We should be able to help you with something. If not, ask yourself is it because you could say yes but the choice is not what you "prefer" or if you simply cannot meet any of the relocation requirements. If the latter is the case then we may not be able to assist you unless you have some strong situation going for you not covered in the list above.
Most people who think about coming to America want to go straight for the green card and be done with it. For some people this is quite possible, but for most people, and I was one of those people, getting that green card can take years of working your way up the US Immigration ladder.
I can tell you first-hand that the American dream is certainly worth it. I could not imagine moving back to my home country – not that it's bad or anything, it's just that every day I prefer the American dream so much better. There is really nothing you can't do here if you put your mind to it.
I hope to hear from you very soon.
